At Your Home or Business
Minimum Charge, Quick Fix or Diagnostic Fee:
This fee is applied towards our repair charge only if the repair is done at the same time as the diagnostic. For example: If our diagnostic shows that a Born Again Special is needed to be done and you give us the go ahead to start immediately, then the diagnostic fee will be included in the repair. However in that same situation you tell us to hold off and then do it another day, then the diagnostic fee is not included.

Computer Training rate:
We can hold computer classes on a per hour basis for up to 4 students per teacher. You supply the location. So get your friends together and split the cost.

If you have a good internet connection and depending on your situation, we may be able to help you with your computer online. This can save you money, gas and time. We only charge $10 per 15 minutes for this service.

  • Additional travel charges may include tolls, airplane tickets, food and lodging for extended trips; but does not include accidents or car trouble.
  • Minimum service duration is one hour.

Labor
Data Backup We will save the files you desire on to CDs or DVDs. This is done at our shop.
If we do this at your location we charge the hourly rate (not per disk).

1 DVD holds about 6 CDs.
Born Again Special We totally redo the software on your PC and make it as fast as it was when it was new (as long as your PC does not have a hardware problem).
Warning: This special does not include data backup. Since all files will be deleted, you must either do your own back up of data or let us do it for an extra fee as stated above.
We do the following:
1. Repartition and reconfigure your hard drive so no file remains that might contain a virus.
2. Then reload your operating system.
3. Load basic drivers (does not include external devices such as your printer)
3. Install anti-virus, anti-spyware and Open Office Suite (unless you provide MS Office suite).
4. Make a backup of your new operating system partition in case you may need to restore it in the future.

Resurrection Boot Custom made system restoration package. If your PC should go bad due to a severe software issue you can restore it yourself for free in about 30-40 min.(depending on your computers speed)

Pick up and Delivery We come to your location, unhook your computer and take it into the shop. Then when it is done we deliver it back to you and hook it back up, making sure it works OK before we leave.

Simple Installs like Ram, modem, etc. which takes less than 40 min. Parts are extra.

Repairing or replacing Laptop DC Power Jack Warrantee If your power jack breaks again within 30 days, we will repair it again for free. (Parts are extra)

Work Description
Document Scanning Compact a store room full of records down to a small stack of CDs or DVDs. You will save money in the long run by not having to pay for storage. Be able to access your records by computer in seconds instead of thumbing through boxes for hours.

We will provide you with CDs (or DVDs) with digital PDF files of the documents you provide us. Since there are so many variables in the type of original documents that may be provided, we charge by the time it takes to do the work instead of per page or book.

To keep our prices low we chose to close our shop and work from home as a mobile repair service. We appologize for any inconvienence this might cause you. Therefore we offer you free pickup and delivery if you are on the Virginia Peninsula. We will not have customers coming to our home because the city would require a permit and our home is in a residential only zone.
